Electronic Public-Private Dialogue (E-PPD) Portal
By registering on the Electronic Public-Private Dialogue (E-PPD) Portal (the “Portal”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
The Portal facilitates structured dialogue and issue tracking between Investors, the Ethiopian Investment Commission, and relevant Government Authorities.
1. Eligibility
Registration is open to legally registered Investors, authorized representatives of the Ethiopian Investment Commission, and designated Government Authorities. Users must provide accurate and complete information and must be authorized to represent their institution.
2. Purpose of Use
The Portal is intended for submitting, reviewing, and resolving investment-related issues and facilitating public-private dialogue. It does not replace formal legal or judicial procedures.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Use the Portal only for lawful and professional purposes.
Refrain from submitting false, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content.
Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.
4. Data and Confidentiality
Information submitted through the Portal may be accessed by authorized institutions for official purposes. Users should ensure that confidential business information is properly identified. The Portal implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Account Suspension
The Portal administrator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the system.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
